His Love

I read of his pain, deserted by his love
I sense the despair as he cries out to her
She breaks his heart again and again
Yet he still seeks her out to bring her in
Shes a runner he knows, running into her grave
He is jealous for her, tho her own lusts’ slave
Let me share your burden my love
Let me share your grief
They can have their adultry my love
But I must have thee
I watched as you chose her
I envied how she caught your eye
I despised the way she hurt you
Yet she felt no shame inside
